[2020] Are the servers okay?

I play on PC, idk if it's the same on consoles.
It takes forever to join a match after it "finds a match", and then when the match ends it sits at the "victory/defeat" screen for almost 5 minutes sometimes.
Also just tried leaving a friends party, I had to wait 2+ minutes before the game acknowledged that I pressed leave party several times, and even then I had to restart my game before I could queue again.

I'm fairly sure it's not my internet as I have 500 up and down.
