Rogues! As we mentioned a few weeks back, tomorrow's Operation: Daybreak Update marks an important milestone for Rogue Company and our community. Over the last two years, the team has added dozens of features, hundreds of items, and made innumerable balance and gameplay changes. We genuinely appreciate every single one of you who has been a part of this journey and helped make Rogue Company what it is by sharing your feedback with us every step of the way.

While this is an incredible moment for our community, we also recognize that there is still a lot of work to be done when it comes to resolving outstanding issues. Before the Operation: Daybreak Update releases, we wanted to let everyone know about a few issues we anticipate tomorrow that the team is already preparing fixes for:

  • Draft Pick Spectators will only see one team’s perspective - this will be fixed in a future release.
  • Juke’s Turret bypasses Sigrid’s Shield.
  • Juke’s Turret is missing hit-register audio.
  • Some edge cases where Juke’s Turret throw trajectory is inaccurate.
  • Ibex Weapon Mastery for 2nd and 3rd milestones only award 1 mastery point, we plan on fixing this as soon as possible in a hotfix.
  • Juke is able to destroy her own turret via a thrown melee weapon.
  • Fringe instances where Impact Grenade will fail do deal damage when used at danger-close ranges.
  • Kestrel’s drones under the effect of the reflector gadget may reflect at odd angles.
  • Sometimes the Supply Drop button will appear in other UI scenes.
  • When opening multiple purchased Supply Drops, sometimes there will only be one item shown. This is a visual bug, players that see this still actually receive the 2nd item.
  • The art for the Special Forces reward banner is incorrect (it re-uses some older art), this will be replaced with a different item.

Finally, as mentioned above, remember that your feedback is crucial to the development of Rogue Company and involving the community in our process is something we are big proponents of across all of our games! We have a number of Content Creators who have been serving this role for Rogue Company so far, but we plan to expand this to include more individuals this year. Your voice matters and will help us drive the future of the game. Look for more details soon!

Thank you again, and we can't wait to see you when Operation: Daybreak hits live servers!

Edit: The team just informed me they were able to squeeze in two additional fixes so those have been marked off.

Quick question, I just turned rogue on ranked mode. Do I need to have 100 points on the bar of rogue rank to receive the reward for the season?

No, once you hit Rogue you are there.

How about some marketing to get the player count up?

We agree! It's why Rogue Company was briefly featured on the OTK event on Twitch yesterday which at the time had over 300k concurrent viewers. We've also dialed up our advertising to new players and emailed former players.
