So, it seems like this has been an issue for the past year with no real solution, so sorry for posting about this issue once again.
I just purchased the Ultimate Edition through the in-game store on my PS5 and I have not received any of my items. I linked all my gaming accounts together on link.roguecompany.com, set my Playstation account as my primary, then restarted my game, and still no luck. Please help
UPDATE/POSSIBLE SOLUTION: alright, well after reading several reddit threads on this same issue, I came across one solution that worked for me: Restoring the licenses.
Do the following on your PS5: Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Restore Licenses.
After doing that, the ultimate edition content loaded for me.
Also keep in mind, apparently the Hi-Rez/Rogue Company website's support ticket system has not been working for the past 3 months apparent, so don't waste your time trying to submit a support ticket like I did for the past half hour thinking I was doing something wrong lol
