[2020] Still waiting for help

I know that high rez is extremely overwhelmed at the moment but I've waited almost 3 days now for my ultimate founders edition rewards to appear and still nothing. Ive tried filling out a ticket for both high rez and the epic store. The epic store said that they couldn't do anything about it and to contact high rez and I still have yet to get a response from high rez. Just wanna know that this is being worked on or something.
