[2019] PVME and RS Wiki collaboration!

Hey all, I recently posted regarding updates to PVME, and a few days after the time of that post, I was contacted by Cook from the RS Wiki, and we've been collaborating to get some of PVME's guides ported to the RS Wiki. Our first complete guide has been ported to the main space on the wiki, and we're very happy with how it's turned out!
