[2020] BUG!? Cannot mine Red Sandstone in Ooglog (yes, I did the quest and I've mined it before!)

Hey, so I took a 6 month break. I used to mine Red Sandstone in Ooglog, after turning in my stardust all the time with my GF, but after coming back, I can't seem to click on it! What the hell is going on? Please help me! IS THIS A BUG?

Why does this visual bug occur? In the quest "Dead and Buried" you are able to switch between your Player Character and The Raptor. If you switch to The Raptor whilst wearing a Blue Partyhat, it turns into a Red Partyhat.
