[2019] Can Mod Osborne show up on a stream, so I can remove my tinfoil hat?

So for the unaware, on September 25th 2018 Mod Osborne's Twitter was De-activated, which I posted about that day, with just what seemed to be an evasive answer, I figured it was all good, players probably stressed him out over things that are beyond his control, MTX etc, all is well!

Fast forward to RuneFest '18, No Sign of Osborne, couch mods state he is on paternity leave for his second child, Okay, that's cool, 2 weeks away with his family, he'll probably be back for the December BTS!

Nope! Mod Mark dresses up as santa, as per usual, Maybe the Year ahead 2019 BTS will have him list some exciting things?

Shauny, Jack, Orion, Raven, not to mention various depth-blurred Jmods ring in the new year in the year ahead BTS, No sign of Osborne though, Mod Raven is marked as "Lead Content Developer" RS has it's 18th birthday stream, we got the Gowers(!) But..No Osborne(!!) Rinse and repeat for February's BTS, Shauny leads, Jmods follow.

with that, we're now about to end Q1 2019, marking Close to 5 months with the RS3 Design Lead at Jagex not making a player-facing appearance, with the last piece of evidence he's around being simply a "still here, children btw, chickenman, shauny, poerkie help btw" from October.

SARCASTIC TL;DR: Jagex shareholders have Mod Osborne locked in a Chinese silent-chamber for trying to honestly speak about MTX last year, other mods keeping hush hush and taking his normal duties on so they don't join him in the chamber.
