Is the Calendar wrong or did things change?

It says both the quest AND the skilling boss come out next Monday, 16th Sept, however this newspost from August 27th says the boss is coming a week later, on the 23rd.

My immediate thought is that the skilling event starts next week and the calendar is wrong, but please correct me if I am misunderstanding!

Calendar is displaying the spiritual launch of the boss as it is involved in the quest, the quest launch is on the 16th and the boss launch on the 23rd. The calendar will be getting updated to better reflect this.
