We'll have some pretty awesome news in the near future for mobile, sadly for Companion App it was never maintained which just caused issues for us when it came to core updates, etc.

Isn't it the last thing to use HTML5? I just remember Jagex talking about how they have needed to maintain multiple versions (java client, nxt client, remains of HTML5 in the form of companion), which in return has slowed things down.
