[2019] Spellbook Swap FPS drops

So after talking to a few individuals who've had the same issue I decided to hit up reddit. Has anyone else run into the heavy fps drops when using spellbooks swap? And if so, has anyone founda fix for it? I mean, its bad enough to make our games "stutter", did a few tests and FPS drops from 60 to 17, Once during the initial cast, and once on the reversion back to the original spellbook. Have messed with the settings a bit and nothing really helps. Hopefully someone out there has found the fix, Thank you in advance!
