I can't make sense of how this can be.
In section 4, "How we use your personal data", the footnote reads: "Generally, we do not rely on consent as a legal basis for processing your personal data other than in relation to sending third party direct marketing communications to you."
The sharing in this case refers to the later list, Third Party Partners.
So.. we can't opt out of data sharing if we accept the terms and conditions at all? I feel like I might need to question my commitment to this game if true. Until then I'm stuck on the welcome screen, my only choice being 'Decline' on the EULA.
