FYI the clan titles is still messed up in clan chat (i.e. hovering over someone's rank shows the wrong clan title). I have submitted bug reports and I thought this was flagged for a fix. I had a suggestion for the next clan QoL which would be a 'type your own' clan title, but realized that's still broken from the last clan QoL.
Typing your own clan title won’t be possible as that requires clan strings which are expensive data to use
The titles not working properly on mouseover is a known issue just needs to go through the usual processes
