Sadly not this time, however possibly in the future.
Then why in the world would anyone summon a portable vic.. Literally every outfit on it is obtainable ingame or will be soon (hunter being in the works) -.-
It's mostly for people who do not wish to wait for Vic, or want to make the most out of the better exchange rates.

Still coming, the best I can tell you is I'm chasing it up and that's about it really :(
Does he atleast carry over credits to normal Vic ? Say I choose for the better rates now and not spend anything, will normal Vic have these credits in the future?
I have checked with the developers, and the credits carry over to free Vic. :)
