They only seem to drain defence level, not armour rating. Both in PvM and PvP, rendering them pretty much useless at places where bosses regen stats.
The tooltip also goes far beyond 15% in PvP. Happens when overload regens stats.
Does anyone perhaps know what jmod is responsible for them so that they could perhaps elaborate on how they are intended to work?
