My friend is struggling with a problem, whenever she tries to access her bank in the game and enters her pin, the game crashes. Is this problem happening to anyone else, and has anyone found a solution to it? We have tried going to different banks, logging on a phone, and a different laptop.
Has anyone got any news on if Jagex is aware of the problem, and is working on it? or if this is something particular to my friend that needs to be solved by us?
