[2019] Curse of the Black Stone Rewards - 10% Damage Reduction

Honestly?

The reduction is absolutely noticeable, combine that with your armours, prayers, etc.

Perfect example is if you mistime your prayer switch for Ambassador's magic hit, it hurts like a truck but that 10% makes all the difference.

I really don't think 20% is the way here
