Sorry to hear your having this trouble, one of the team members says this looks a bit like a mobile caching issue, are you playing on the mobile client? If so can you try going into your app settings and clearing your cache.
If this isn't the case or your not on mobile reply to me here and we can work on figuring this out!
I have no problems with my other accounts, only my main. So I don’t think it’s a cache issue.

I play on 2 different pcs , I checked on both . Only the wardrobe doesn’t work, I can change everything else . As in tellys , titles, hair , pets . But , the wardrobe… just frozen or something. I own 2 member accounts , and on my other it’s all working 100% fine . I’m sure it’s not the cache . I’m guessing maybe I got bugged during your recent updates?
Does the Wardrobe not work on both accounts or just on your main?
