[2020] Account progress lost after logging out twice.

Hey, so I am trying to play RS3 while I afk on my other account on Osrs. I have been doing Runespan for about 2 hours. 20 minutes ago, I logged out automatically because I went afk and noticed my stats were not where I just trained them. I went from 35 Runecrafting all the way to 5. I was upset but decided to just start again and re-train the levels I just got.

As I got to 25 Runecrafting or so, I decided to log off myself as a test, just incase whatever happened before happens again. Sure enough, back to the same exact spot with 5 Runecrafting. The same spot it put me at before.

I was using the resizable beta, but I don't know if that makes a difference. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug? I tried to figure out how to report bugs in game but I can't find it. It seems like the game will not save my character after logging off.
