Will the Lost keepsakes from TH be added to the game?

They could potentially come from events like parcels from the dead if we reran that but it's unlikely that these items will be added directly to the game as they are designed to be a more interesting take (along with the other items in the promo) on the protean/dummy concept for necromancy
