I laughed so hard when I first put them side by side. I'd forgotten how big Vindicta is. I love it.
Is this a case of Bizarre sexual dimorphism or an enlarged model for gameplay reasons? Cause their heads don't look the same.
Vindicta is not a standard ilujanka. Other females are not quite so enlarged (see Shariggan). The head difference is mostly down to the helmet to be fair.
The main reason is obviously form vs function. For the role she needed to play in GWD2 she needed to be larger so that she could stand out and be more imposing.
Has Zaros enhanced Vindicta, or is Morvannon just an unusually large Ilujanka who passed on her genes?
I'm currently picturing Morvannon and Hannibus a bit like this.
I would suggest that Vindicta's uprbringing had more to do with it than any Zarosian alchemy. She was raised on a different world, by a dragon. Nurture over nature if you will.
