[2023] TH promo intentionally giving repeat pieces?

I've been saving up daily keys for a few days now because I wanted to be able to get the new Yolk Smasher outfit. Assumed it'd be like last year where you get a guaranteed piece after so many keys.

I just used all of my saved up keys and the "bonus" prize was showing something like a pulse core, and when I got to it, it unlocked a piece of the Egg Smasher Outfit... Which I already own.

What gives? I seriously hope Jagex did not intend this and require us to literally double the keys we need just to get the new cosmetics.
