For some reason my action bar keeps getting minimized whenever I'm in combat. Almost always minimizes when I level up, but also minimized randomly.

This didn't happen on my first account. And this one isn't a brand new account either.

Any ideas why this is happening or how I can fix it, especially since it's DXP time

Found the solution if someone was experiencing this problem. Copied from u/DatExigo

1.) Press F1 to open Hero menue

2.) Go to Achievements tab

3.) Clear your path at the bottom right

4.) Click skip tutorial

5.) Select lumbridge in the choice menu

ye-boi-here's steps to move off should ease some of the restrictions that are removed as a player progresses through Turael's path,

But here's a more thorough solution that treats Turael's paths as complete and turns off contextual guidance, so that none of the mainland tutorial restrictions are applied, and also clears the Burthorpe path if active:

Settings -> Gameplay -> Interfaces -> Information Windows -> untick "Guidance system hints"

We'll talk to CM this morning about making that information more widely available.

We're also looking into tightening or removing some of the new player restrictions that've been raised by those who hadn't previously completed or disabled Turael's path, to minimise their impact.

Hi Stu.
Would those restrictions prevent players getting skill outfit fragments and prevent Seren spirits spawning with Gote equipped?
We've been seeing players reporting those two issues a lot over the last couple of days.

Yes, though that one's not intended behaviour and we have a fix in the works to remove that restriction to skilling activity side effects - hopefully will be able to hotfix it.

But in the meantime it's worth toggling guidance system hints if you're experiencing that.

Yeah, they're in the same sort of category of skilling activity side effects that become eligible on a generic cooldown timer. The fix we have in the works should address those too.
