Yes I know everyone hates mtx, but whatever...

I bought the 200 key package and didn't receive any smouldering lamps... I sent a lost item request but I'm not sure if that's right? I know jagex is notoriously hard to contact so I thought I'd post here and see if there's a better course of action.

We do have a Customer Support Team, however I saw this and felt it was worth commenting on as I wanted to ensure the player was helped quickly.
