Just curious if a mod could please check if there have been any intentional/unintentional nerfs to perked armor @ lvl 20. My scav 3 used to give a buttload more... (been feeling nerfed for about a year now). I can def notice it as I corruption blast inside GWD2....

A reminder of the rate for ya
Scavenging 3 = 3% chance to proc giving 3 components, with a 3% chance it'll be 3 rare components
At level 20 this boosts it to 3.3%, not a massive increase but could explain why you think it's a nerf, just RNG it seems!
