[2021] The Risen Walk fixes the clipping issue with the Tower Mage/Archmage set cape clipping. Sucks you have to use a walk animation to prevent clipping. especially when the cape is supposed to match, but oh well.

Hi! I've put in a fix for this outfit so the cape no longer clips (as badly) :) There might be some situations where it still does, but it should be a big improvement
