[2019] Mobile Ability Bar - is it broke?

Recently my ability bar changed from the original lay out of having multiple abilitys on either side of my screen, I believe this was made up of 5 squares on each side.

Now, my abilitys seem to be only made up with a single pane of 5 with a switch icon. The vast majority of my abilities now no longer work when switching the internal bar to the next 5 abilities on that bar (might ready weird) or don't function at all.

Is this a known issue on mobile at the moment?
