For me, its unplugging (99% usually by accident) my usb headset will crash the client. I brought it up to Mod Shauny on his personal stream so he may or may not have remembered to bring it up at the Jagex office. But this issue needs more attention because everytime its brought up theres always "Oh god its not just me?" replies.
