[2020] How is that you can get tetra pieces from Orthen Digsite if it's not lore related?

Some Jmod said that there's no carbon black in tetracompass' composition because it's a thing related to gods in the third age or something like that and there's no such thing in Orthen because it's Dragonkin, but still you can get tetra pieces but HOW?
