6s welcome back to part three of runescape
8s kingdoms play through um just to recap
9s you on where we are we were just getting
11s towards the end of the collection of
13s like the garlic of wreath the steak and
15s the hammer um we ended up in a little
16s bit of a footwear we needed to get um
19s lenny's battle staff back from death we
21s managed to do that we skipped through a
22s couple of turns there quite quickly
23s pushed off camera so what we're gonna be
25s doing now is last thing we need to know
26s is whether we actually managed to get
27s the state camera or not whether we're
29s gonna go into yeah we're going to go
30s into the fight with count drain or fully
32s equipped or not no pressure i mean i've
34s got good money i could just hold the
35s stake and
36s it would work right just hammer it in
38s with a sword right i mean i don't want
39s to you know no pressure but we've only
41s got one try that's true that's true yeah
43s normally we'd have a lot of attempts at
44s this but you're gonna as we know you're
46s gonna step onto a capital yeah which
47s means if you fail the test we're gonna
49s actually just be jumped into the fight
50s without the hammer yeah thankfully i've
52s got the carpeting level i've got the
53s dragon pickaxe from lenny from earlier
55s you should be all right okay put me on

59s we'll take all the stuff at the clown
60s bank yeah so we're just gonna take it
62s all yeah i'll have the fish for good

68s right cool uh so second crafting test
71s yep uh complex e3 i have freeze that
73s gives me two dice it does uh the dragon
75s pickaxe let's put the purple dyson as
77s well yep and then add two to the result
79s the purple dye i need to roll six or

103s yeah cool so i do uh collect vault card
106s 11 and gain two crafting xp so actually
108s for some crafting four that's not going
110s to help us in the fight but it feels
111s good you never know never mind no fair
113s enough it's recommended crafting skill

117s but we will remember that what was that

120s nine uh no uh 11. okay so where is the
124s state camera awesome okay so we have
127s this had been oh this adventure may
129s equip the steak so my steak would have
130s done nothing useful if we didn't get
132s this correct so it's good that we got
134s the hammer okay so on top of that so you
137s need to know that's terrifying what
138s would normally happen here is obviously
139s we've now completed the hammer part of
141s the quest and we would now have to go to
142s draenor manor um to go and encounter
144s count draenor as it happens because
146s we've tried it explore falador because
148s we've timed it perfectly we get to skip
150s that and just go straight
152s because we've reached the top of the
153s escalation track so now we're gonna
155s pause while we set up the boss fight
158s so we've now set up for the boss fight
159s with count draynor uh we're actually in
161s the crypt of draenor manor um and what
163s we have here is this is the boss board
165s which is on the reverse side of the
166s campaign board
167s we've set up our boss fight here we've
169s got the terrain cards on with some uh
170s the bones uh in each corner we've got
172s count draenos coffin in the center um
174s the player with the highest level of
175s crafting which happens to be one spear
177s is actually going to be standing on the
179s uh coffin space with catarina because
181s you've gone in sort of leave it that
182s open and then start the encounter um we
185s actually start off with a group amount
186s of health of 15 to spend if we take
189s damage now that's instead of having
190s individual health so people aren't just
192s going to be killed individually off by
193s can't drain or if one of us takes damage
195s we are all collectively going to take
196s damage together if that gets down to
198s zero obviously we have lost but that is
200s big it should have been 20 but because
202s between us we've got five wounds we've
203s taken some damage yeah so it's down to
205s 50. so we carry that forward into the
206s boss fight so it's a good idea you know
208s as we did we we were spending we tried
209s to you spending food we need to try and
211s get
212s um it's a good idea to do that before
213s going into a boss fight as much as we we
215s could and obviously we've got count
216s draenor's health here which starts at
217s 10.
218s um we know from his special rules that
220s when he got down to five health we're
222s gonna have some enraged mechanics happen
223s but we'll see
224s that happen as it happens good we've
226s decided to equip um mod spare with the
229s steak and the hammer i think because
231s you've got the highest level of melee
232s yep and you've got the dragon pickaxe as
234s well okay so crafting comes up later
235s because we've been told by the campaign
237s board the crafting would be relevant
239s i have level three in gathering so i'm
242s gonna be i'm gonna i went very like
244s skill pure for lack of a phrase and you
246s could clean up real good that's true i
248s could and when everyone's hungry after
250s the fight i got you covered
252s so whilst i'm to be helping out by
254s basically shifting people around because
256s the different actions that you can play
257s with in the counter in a boss fight
259s gathering is one of them and that's read
260s the terrain where i can take craft
261s gathering skill tests to actually shift
263s around players on the game board and
264s count draenor himself as well
266s okay but we've also given you
269s well that's a lot of spare equipment we
270s had that we're not using because i can't
271s use the cake and the sauce
273s can't deal with the steak so i've got
275s the steel long sword which might be
276s helpful at some point okay and we've
278s we've got your armor body we've given
279s the garlic um to to mud lenny so you're
282s gonna be you'll be that makes you garlic
283s tank
284s yeah
286s yeah and i've been completely useless so
288s i've just got my bow and you're and gaz
289s is here too yeah yeah and also appearing
292s if you leave his garlic it's stank

301s okay so um so in terms of we need to
303s work out who's going to go in first so
304s we've also sorted out our first
305s initiative track um so how this works is
307s just a briefing of it again is there's
309s an initiative card for each um player
311s character on the game board so we've got
313s one for for mass office the skill there
314s obviously one for archer one for the
316s knight to one for the wizard
318s so um we're gonna go from left to right
320s on this as to who goes first that's
322s gonna be me taking the first turn then
323s in between those we've got some behavior
325s cards for count draynor that's what the
326s count drain is going to do to us in
327s retaliation
329s once we get down to the end of this
330s initiative track all the cards are
331s pulled up we shuffle them and lay them
332s back down again and then start over
334s again basically we're gonna rinse and
336s repeat until either he's dead or we are
339s so excited um okay so starting things
341s off i'm going to go first as this
343s skiller now um this is all open
345s information to us because all these
346s cards are face up so we can have a
348s little bit of a plan in advance now we
349s know that during count draynor's turn
351s he's going to move one space towards the
353s character on this side of this behavior
354s card which is me um so he's going to be
357s coming towards me
358s um so i probably don't want to be moving
361s into one of these spaces because he'll
362s come and move in and attack me
364s so i think what i'm going to do is i'm
367s going to take that gathering test that i
369s mentioned earlier and read the terrain
372s my gathering is three so i can roll
374s three diatomic can i steal some of those
376s there you do yep and if i get higher
378s than a six i can do some stuff with that

381s so um if one adventurer may move for
383s each successful die um if there are two
385s more successful dice you can move count
387s draenor instead so i can move one
388s adventurer so if katrina is going to be
390s coming for me he's then going to be
392s attacking horizontally which is this way
394s so if he moves down here he's going to
396s hit me if he moves there he's going to
398s hit you so i can move you backwards off
399s so you don't get attacked i think i
400s still need to be in melee range from

405s going to end up so he's going to so he's
406s going to move towards me so we can have
408s him either moving here which means he'd
409s attack me across here so i'd rather like

600s adventurer which means in terms of the

611s no because it's going to be attacking
612s the same space so it's going to hit you

636s health so that's triggers his enrage
639s okay so count draenor lashes out in a
641s frenzy and rushes towards the coffin in
643s an attempt to shield himself from
644s damaging blowers and perhaps buy time
646s for something else remove count drain
647s off from the playing area and flip the
649s coffin terrain to the closed side

653s the four bones card's terrain also um
656s reveal the skeleton side and place each
657s adventurer bones card terrain card as
659s even spread out possible so we're all
660s going to get thrown onto a bones card as
662s well awesome
664s okay that's cool so can't join us going
665s into coffin to try and get some wounds
666s back so on the back of the coffin card
668s as well it says um
670s while the coffin is closed count draenor
671s can't be attacked and doesn't take turns
673s at the end of each round so that's the
675s end of the
676s initiative track he's going to heal a
677s wound
678s um an adventurer in this space can
680s attempt to force the coffin open by
681s passing a skill test as an action which
683s is a crafting skill test yep so that's
684s where that pickaxe is going to come in
686s handy
688s yeah we're crowball i'm getting into

692s so that was um was your turn wasn't it
695s so then we we carrying on as we were
697s countering skips his turn but he's going
698s to get health back because that's the
699s end of the initiative track it goes to
701s six so what we need to do now is yeah
702s pick up all the initiative cards
704s and they can't drain our behavior cards
706s we need to shuffle these and reload them
707s out again that gives us a new turn order
709s so because all those bones cards are
710s flipped over and have now revealed
712s skeletons who've crawled out of the
713s ground
714s um and we're all on a skeleton we have
716s to deal with those before we can get
718s back to that coughing

724s we're obviously destined to go last

730s yes right so you need to deal with with
732s skeletons that you're there you're on at
733s the moment so i can't i can't just like

737s scout the uh you have to be attacked by

740s pass it the scout's gonna flip over
742s become bones again okay if you fail it
743s you're gonna get pushed off the space
744s anyway okay so either way i'm gonna be
746s away yeah so it's a melee skill test you
748s need to get a six or higher oh well

759s suffer a wound yep and the adventure
