Hey everyone -

We have released a new Client Fix to address the stuttering and crashing performance issues experienced by some players.

Please close the game and re-open the Client to get this new version. Big thanks to all of you for your reports and for your patience while we investigated the root cause.

Please do let us know if you're still encountering issues. If you continue to experience issues, you can send us a support ticket via https://support.runescape.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360006627238-Game-crashes

If you submit a ticket, please include the following system details where possible:

  1. Device (e.g. PC, Mac, Samsung S20, iPhone 10)

  2. Operating System (e.g. Windows 10 21H2, macOS 12.5.1, Android 12, iOS 15)

  3. GPU model (eg. NVidia 2070, Intel HD 620, Apple M1)

  4. GPU driver version

Edit: Runescape client error due to outdated driver. Updating driver now...

Sorry to hear you are still affected. The Engine Team are still working on this for anyone still impacted, so your ticket will really help that process.

We'll keep you updated, just know they're doing everything they can to get your experience back to normal again as soon as possible.

Thanks for the detail on this and sorry to hear it didn't help in your case. Can you submit a ticket? It would really help the team eliminate this for those still affected as quickly as we can.
