So I decided to integrate my account to the launcher for the free gold shard promotion. Did all the steps, download the launcher on windows, opened it put in my email and password, was prompted to check my email for a verification code...no email at all. Tons of jagex emails from before(membership and even a confirmation email when I integrated) I've checked the email 100× reloaded added the *.jagex.com to my contacts checked all my files...anyone else experiencing this?

Glad it is sorted but our apologies for the outage. Did you ever receive the previous emails at all and if so at what times (including time zone please)?

Yes I eventually received 4 different emails from the 4 times I tried to log in. 1hr, 35min, 32min & 17min apart. Emails popped up/received really late. I did receive the RS character import email right away when I imported my acc. Time zone 8:14pm (20:14) Honolulu Hawaii
