I was wondering if this has ever been commented on or explained by Jmods in the past? Were they just overlooked? For the sake of balance, I understand why they might not want to give the Khopeshes a special, but I can't understand why the wand and core don't have one.
External link →Scope or development time. Unfortunately, we need to adhere to a schedule and this can sometimes mean things get cut due to time constraints. This was the case for the Prausel wand, though I do still want to do the special attack I had in mind for it for a different piece of content.
Plus there is the question of asking if something actually needs one... But this is a topic for another day (I typed out a massive reply, but don't want to get into it right now)
