In the meantime there are still a lot of players experiencing game crashes and graphical glitches following the 23rd of november update. Very stable indeed! Maybe acknowledge that it's still not fixed and something is going to be done about it In the new year. Radio silence is very unsettling.

PvM updates are the most important part of RS3 (imo) and I’m glad we’re getting more, but Jagex should really consider doing more than just cater to the fringe 1% whenever they do release a boss (once a year).

With this larger development team, I’d love for them to create more mid-level encounters and create a fresher take on some older fights. Give newer players a way to experience proper PvM that’s not just waiting after they’ve sunk 3000 hours into the game.

There have been multiple people commenting on the initial client investigating thread following the last update, that it's not fixed yet. I suggest you have a look at that. Shouldn't have unstickied it in the first place without waiting for feedback.
