Hi guys. I upgraded my Premier Club to gold May 2nd, 2019. I waited a little bit, but I still wasn't added to the forums (promised this would happen automatically). So I posted about it in the forums. This was May 19th (QFC 278-279-695-66101384 for reference). They told me it will happen automatically and locked my post. As you can see, it's been over a full month since I made that forum post, and still, I've yet to be added to the forums. As Reddit seems to be the only place to get support from Jagex, and I don't feel like having another thread locked on the forums, I figured I'd post here and ask what I should do, and maybe try to get some mods to view this. Somebody told me I'm not missing out on much and to not worry about it; but that's B.S. I'm missing out on the monthly competition/giveaway thread and that is one of the reasons I even signed up for Premier Club. I certainly won't be re-subscribing to Premier if this won't be taken care of.
Any ideas guys? Should I try asking on the forums again...?
P.S. my girlfriend Hazel Bay upgraded around the same day and has still yet to be added.
