Title says it all. I've had my account since 2004, no e-mail I login via username. I'm afraid of this Jagex account shenanigan. That being said, I've been grinding without success for a Golden Cape Shard, Do I have to migrate to receive them? Thanks for responding in advance.

Thank you for replying. I suppose I also don't want to let go of logging in with my RSN, I'm conflicted stubbornly set in my ways haha. I need to read more about the migration I think.
