REQUIREMENTS CHANGE
Following the last few months of notice, as of today, RuneScape no longer supports Windows 32-bit builds or graphics cards that do not support OpenGL 3.0 or higher. This change allows us to focus our technical development and testing resources on more commonly-used platforms.

So Australians are expected to do the flash events that spawn at midnight through 8am to maintain our comp capes? Really?
Due to it being 13 events the time of the events will be cycling so they will not always be at the same times as things progress.
So looks like the new skilling events are competition and favor high-lvl players.
Also being in wildy means that "skillers" can get ambushed by high and die instantly
As Mod Abe mentioned in our announcement post these events are not tied to PVP in any way so you won't need to opt into pvp to take part.

Does this mean that the alchemical onyx upgrades only can be obtained from the Evil Bloodwood tree, Infernal Star, and Rampaging Kbd events? I was hoping it wouldn't be so limited...
The Alchemical Onyx upgrades are indeed from the events marked as "Special"

This was a miscommunication in the newspost, the only changes are the unlock requirement (Civil War I)
Do i need to wear lotd with the upgrade or is it an enchantment to have the clue things on relic?

Is it possible to change teleport? As now when you teleport, event is already on. It might be too late to use teleport as these events may end under 2mins. We should be able to teleport there before event start. Like when announcement is made (5min before event start), you are able to teleport there.
You should be able to choose option 4 (When is the next event) to teleport to it when the 5 min broadcast goes out.
