[2020] New skill causing bugs already... 3 granite maul drops, no granite maul received

I looked into this issue and I believe that the messaging was being displayed when you weren't actually being awarded the granite maul (which is also why it wasn't updating the log).

I've implemented a fix so that the messaging should only appear when you actually receive the job.
