[2019] Jagex is requesting more information / reproduction steps related to ongoing dead clicks and input delays

Thought I'd just clear up why we're asking

In short, this is something in Combat which is a huge system, so by trying to whittle down the specific cases reported by players it'll help us get there faster.

Also admittingly we've been a bit quiet on the issue, I've made posts myself but here's what we're looking to get sorted alongside this.

• Fixing the issue where on killing a boss defensives don't work (this has become more of a prominent issue with Ambassador kills and people dying after killing him during his Mage Barrage)

• Coming to a solution on the Chargebow concerns that were raised in this post here

• And now this, which has been an issue for a little while, so I'll continue to pester as much as I can regarding this and we'll get this sorted.

Sorry for the long-ish post but thought I'd just go all in and try to explain what we're doing at the moment.
