[2023] Necromancy hardlocked in tutorial

I made character on a free to play account and I'm at the spot where Malignius Mortifier says"Ritual sites vary in size and shape..." then says "You need to sweep away all the dust before we can start."The spots were already swept, if I try to interact with anything I get a message that "I don't need to mess with this right now." There's no option to clear dust when I right click any of the spots either.

I just can't progress, can't do anything.

I tried restarting the client.
