Hi all, we have deployed a hotfix and public Croesus encounters are now capped at 18 players max per instance, down from 30.
are we getting reimbursed for these vanish hearts? I did not get the conversion ratio AT ALL.

We've applied the fix to address this issue. Hearts of Ice should be successfully converted to oddments as expected upon your next login.

It is fixed. Purchased Hearts of Ice will now be converted to Oddments as expected upon next login.
