This is my comment showing what the Premier Club FAQ said 19 days ago (Spoiler alert: it hasn't changed), along with Mod Shauny's explanation of why the Artifact does not work alongside an Aura.

This is Mod Mohawk's comment saying that the FAQ will be changed to be more clear (note the date stamp on this), along with reasons added for why the Artifact is not usable alongside an Aura.

None of these changes have been implemented, and I believe this is to deceive potential Premier Club buyers into thinking that the Artifact is usable alongside an Aura. Personally, I don't think the Artifact is so over-powered that it can't be used with an Aura, but that's not the issue. Jagex needs to change the Premier Club FAQ to reflect how to Artifact actually works, instead of leaving it up the interpretation. The Artifact should also be added to the Aura interface since it basically is one. That, or it should be usable with an aura. It makes no sense to have what is essentially an Aura in the form of an item, while we have the aura interface.
