[2019] Vic's lack of communication

All of a sudden, Vics not trading xp anymore. It's been like this before, but I must've missed the piece of news that stated when he'd stop trading. What's even the point of this system? Why keep him around for 6 more days after he's stopped being useful? Surely people don't need that long to trade in their remaining points.

The primary issue I have is that I don't think there was any warning or sign saying WHEN he'd stop trading xp. Kinda sucks that we don't get to use him anymore. Wouldn't suck if there was any indication of any kind that the scam artist would be so uptight after a few days.
