[2021] I'm tired of client crashes, and no one from Jagex seems to care about it

I'm not good at making money. My RNG is one of the worst the game has ever seen (for example, I'm 40kc dry at Raids). In the last month, my cash stack is shrinking because of client crashes. Every time I try to do my reaper task, the game break and I die. Every time I try to do Raksha, Nex, Vorago, ANYTHING my game crashes.

My Computer is good. I have 16GB Ram, Ryzen 5 2600X and a RX 580. Hardware is not the problem. So, why Jagex is quiet about this issue that a LOT of people are having? Yes, the accounts locked are a big issue, and they are doing a good job of communicating how they are fixing them.

And these three new bosses come out, how many of us will experience game crashes? This is unfair.

I love this game, but I'm sick of Jagex trying to do with Runescape 3 the same thing Valve does with Counter-Strike: THEY DO NOT CARE and they IGNORE the community.

If this was happening in Old School, we already knew that a fix would be in near future.
