Bonds used for Membership

Can bonds no longer be used to purchase Premier membership starting in September?

This was taken from the Membership price change article that Jagex just released.

"Can I still buy Membership with Bonds, and will the cost be changing?

You are still able to claim 14 Days Membership with a single Bond either purchased or acquired through gameplay. The cost for this will not be changing."

If not, do you think this will reduce the price of bonds or help increase demand since more will be needed to keep active membership?
