I've ammended the Newspost, there has been a slight hiccup somewhere.
Looks like they removed the XP tomb from Lootscape.
Yep, the community pointed out that it shouldn't be allowed due to the amnesty period and as a result we've removed it.

I've made some changed to this, I believe it's accurate now.
I've seen a lot message about the inquisitor staff pieces drop rates and such. It's something we're discussing with the team.
We will continue listening to feedback and make changes to archaeology, in a similar fashion we've done the past three weeks.
Could we get an option to refund (some of) the 250k Chronote cost for the energised metorite shard purchase needed for the time and space mattock? A friend accidentally clicked the purchase button twice and now he's stuck with a 100M paperweight ;).
Perhaps destroying it could give a refund? Or talking to the shop owner Ezreal in the guild? or maybe some other npc could give you chronotes for it as a little joke :)
No promises, as it is something we are yet to discuss, but for the time being, just make sure your friend keeps hold of it.
Happy with these notes, but I also didn't see anything about improving the bad luck mitigation either :/
Going 20/20/10 on a trio when each artifact takes like 8 minutes each to excavate is really really disheartening, and trios are especially vulnerable to bad runs.
Some changes aren't as quick to make and require more time. Rest assured we're ware of these things and chipping away at them.
Just to tag on to this, it feels like the amnesty restrictions are pretty consistent except for a few areas.
- Why are Skillchompas allowed but not incense sticks?
- Why did you enable the Resourceful Aura before the amnesty end but restrict other auras still?
- Lootscape still provides consumables which are arguably stronger than the Tomes.
I think all three of these are good questions, and I don't know if there is a very good satisfying answer.
My personal take away is that before we require an other amnesty period we sit down and refresh/clarify the amnesty rules to catch all the edge cases, as of which some are described above. Then also publish these ahead of time so we can gather community feedback and make further iterations if required, so that the rule set is clear and everyone agrees with it.
u/JagexPoerkie Why was the patch note about dragon mattocks and staff pieces having a broadcast removed? Was that not meant to be in yet?
It was removed from the build last minute and as a result it did not make it into game, hence we've removed it.
