[2019] Can't log-in after last system update

System update happened not too long ago, and I am unable to log back into the game. I can enter my credentials, but that's as far as it goes; the client just stops responding and resets itself back to the log-in credentials screen. I tried just restarting my computer, router, etc., just the basic stuff, but nothing has solved this yet. Anyone else experiencing similar issues, or know what to do alleviate it? Will be sending a tech ticket soon.

edit: thank you Shauny for the update, related to scheduled maintenance. If anyone knows how to set the default login world for the NXT client would be appreciated.

edit2: Shauny has been keeping us up to date, and it looks like the client is now redirecting people and logging them through worlds that are not affected. Thank you everyone for your input and guidance!
