[2023] Can't possibly reach South wall construction hotspot, am I missing something?

Hey we're aware of this - I'm working on a temporary fix that's hotfixable that'll make this wall buildable until we can do a proper fix.

Cheers I've let the Grove team know - looks like a bad merge of files after Unwelcome was released - They're aware and will sort!
