When you kill any mobs at Tarakeet you won't get stacks of ruthless. This is the 10th week it has been bugged.
There are a lot of us that bought this perk just for elite dungeons. Please fix this bug!

I’ve also noticed that sometimes the ruthless icon doesn’t disappear and says it adds 0.0% damage per stack
Thanks for the heads up! - I'll look into it, is there anywhere in particular you've noticed this happening?
I was doing slayer at the lost grove and then I degeared and went to big game hunter and the buff icon persisted.

Since we're talking about the buff bar, the zgs spec says lasts for 30 seconds instead of 20
