I was looking through my cape overrides and OMG I found this, I assume it unlocked after the Hard Mode Nomad fight.
It looks amazing. (I prefer it over Comp t tbh)
edit: i assumed all the capes that show up in the reward box after the HM Nomad fight went in there (the cape overrides) but they didn't :( which is when i found this.
