[2020] Bank bug? just lost Nox bow, full elite sirenic and LOTD??????

I was chilling at Greg for about an hour, ran out of supplies. Tellied to Prif and banked. I dragged my items into my armor tab like usual and they all f*cking disappeared. Usually this would be devastating but I now have literally a max stack of fire runes and dragon dart tips. I DO NOT WANT TO GET BANNED.

Jagex please send me help. I just want to play the game.. I explained everything I did exactly as I did it. I do not use placeholders and this happened on w100 if it matters.
